In July 2017, St. Maria Goretti Parish was honoured to have two bishops visit our Church.  The first, Bishop Alfred Agyenta, came as our annual Mission Co-op preacher, on behalf of the Diocese of Navrongo-Bolgatanga, Ghana. The second, Bishop Jose Romeo Lazo, came on a personal visit to parishioners who originally came from San Jose de Antique, Philippines.
